Our digital devices allow us much opportunity for overindulgence in social networking and other temptations. We are surrounded by technology which can ensnare us in its web of deceit and vainglory. Over time we’ve become addicted to our smartphones and computers. We are trapped in comparing our lives to others, in wasting time viewing clips on YouTube, or constantly checking our social media feeds for comments. We cannot ignore the fact that we are becoming enslaved to these time wasting habits.
